Return and Refund Policy - My Choice Supply

(Applies exclusively to nicotine eLiquids)

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The bottle must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened nicotine eLiquids purchased directly from MyChoiceSupply.com.

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer - all returns must be processed through My Choice Supply’s customer service team.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of nicotine eLiquids and health safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used nicotine eLiquids

  • Bottles with broken seals, tampered packaging, or visible signs of use

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

All nicotine eLiquids are considered final sale once opened, regardless of flavor dissatisfaction or nicotine strength preference.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider - processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank - refund postings may take a few days.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

To request an exchange, please email support@mychoicesupply.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For safety and tracking, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method

  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
